Bridge Tables Africa work hard to ensure that the tables sold on this site is handcrafted to high excellence from quality material. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it unused in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you.
Damaged or Faulty Table
If your order was delivered in a damaged condition, inform us immediately within 7 days of receipt. Once we have verified the claim of the damaged product, a replacement table will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
If you do not contact us about the damaged table within 7 days of receiving your order, we will generally not be able to refund returned order or replace your order. Please be sure that you return the order in an unused condition with its original packaging.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Bridge Tables Africa will give you a return address once you have notified us that you want to return the table.
Upon receiving and reviewing your returned table, the cost of the order will be refunded. The procedure of paying the refund will be at the good sense of Manager Bridge table. The cost of shipping the returned table back to us must be covered by you. For any other charges induced as an outcome of returning the goods will be passed on to you. The original cost of shipping to your address will not be refunded.
Disclaimers
If an order is returned due to customer dissatisfaction or because a damaged order cannot be returned, Bridge Tables Africa reserves the right to wait until the returned order is received before a refund is released.
In the event that Bridge Tables Africa incurs extra courier charges due to incorrect information provided to us by the customer, we have the right to put these charges on to the customer.
